Eligibility for the Lifeline program is based on either your income or your participation in government assistance programs.
Qualifier 1: Participation
You qualify if you or someone in your household participates in SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, FPHA, or Veterans Pension.
Qualifier 2: Income
You qualify if your household income is at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
