📋 Eligibility & Qualifying
Yes. If you qualify for the federal Lifeline program, you receive the phone and a monthly plan (Unlimited Talk/Text/Data) at no cost. There are no hidden fees or monthly bills.
Federal law limits the Lifeline benefit to one per household. A household is defined as any group of people who live together and share income and expenses.
Lifeline eligibility must be renewed annually. You will receive a notification via email or mail when it is time to recertify your status.
📦 Application & Shipping
Most applications are reviewed and approved within 1-2 business days. If additional documentation is required, the process may take longer.
We ship all devices via USPS Priority Mail. Once your application is approved and processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Yes! You can check your status in real-time on our Application Status page using your email and Zip code.
🔧 Technical Support
Your iPhone will arrive with a SIM card pre-installed. Simply turn the phone on and follow the on-screen instructions. A Quick Start guide is included in the box for additional help.
Please contact our support team immediately to suspend your service and prevent unauthorized use. We can discuss replacement options at that time.
iPhones provided through the Lifeline program are generally locked to our network for 60-365 days, depending on specific state and federal regulations.
